yes and yes, checked without elixirs too (both players)

Here examples (all examples will be with same item which has %dex and %armor)
1) Buyer (B) doesnt have pet, Seller (S) doesn't have pet, then it shows normal stats, nothing wrong
2) B has nekro (15%dmg), S has nekro too, nothing wrong again
3) B doesnt have pet, S has nekro, then it shows more dmg than should be
4) B has electra (35%dmg), S has nekro (15%dmg), then it shows less dmg that must be

I think this is fixed for the next app update (probably either late this week or next week).
