I dont think even auto clicker can do this as their is a cooldown between emotes. So how did this guy spammed nonstop emotes , also did skills.

I think it works the same way as the Ripmaw/Hammerjaw dirt spam lol I'm not sure how they do that but it's possible.

But what about emotes... You can also see in the video when I was doing emotes , their is a certain cooldown in between.

It is auto click. Moving while doing it, looks like they are clicking 10+ times a second. Doesn't mess up once on the clicking and they look exactly the same on timing. I think its clicking so fast that the server registers it but nulls some of the action of cool down.
