Uploading images not possible

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I can’t upload images. Instead I had to attach it.

Below attachment shows how it looks like when you try to upload an image. The confirm button is missing to actually upload it

First guess is it's too large to be allowed - scale it down first.

I scaled down the picture as much as I can with my iPhone and same problem occurs.

The second picture is the scaled down picture

I think you just need to hit 'Upload File(s)'?
