How to access Mount Fang castle levels?

OK, I'm sorry if it's a newb question, but I've checked through guides, etc. but i can't seem to access the castle.

I've completed the Mining Operation (first 2 quests) and no one in town is giving me any more quests. I can't figure out how to get into the Castle levels or get the inquisitor or Roland to give me the next quest.

Please help. Thanks

You have completed Mining operation, but have you killed all? You need to kill every enemy in the map, then go to next level at the end. In order to gain new maps you need to finish old ones. Make sure you have completed the full run and pressed next level, then go back to the quest npcs.
