can you make the rev skill cooldown faster?

ive ran into a lot of impatiant dead people and i was thinking faster rev cooldown would help a bunch :)

Or they're lame and spent it on elixirs and arnt use to dying lol

I tend to ignore those that yell...Rev!! Rev!!! I heal constantly and rev as soon as I see someone go down....it annoys me no end when they can't wait 2 secs for me to locate them on the map so I can rev them....I tell them, I'm getting to you as fast as I can...please don't yell Rev! or I may miss you......lol
