Cryostar elite boss

Hello I’m curious why the cryostar elite boss which that cryo star thing doesn’t allow me to enter that area? Is it during only an event? And when does that occur? Help me understand please! Thank you!

Look under the the map names. There is a "Bar" for a few areas. You will see them on Vardan valley- Festerfang- Glintstone & Undehul(Cryo). Clear maps to fill up that bar for Vardan and Festerfang. This will open special areas to these places. Opening the player buffs from Glint/Cryo that you craft will fill the bar up for those two.

This will open special areas to these places(in your case, the cryo chamber).Except for Cryostar , the bar progresses with opening cryogem buffs and not with clearing the maps, same thing with northal and the orc shaman buff
