Just my opinion, I really wouldn't spend the plat or time trying to get to 71.

Fingers crossed for another helm as an elite cap reward so I can avenge my 5k exp away CoP.

That indicates that it would come for the next update. And it has been said that Humania and therefore a new cap arrives after DL's release so I guess this can't be the Elite Cap Reward. Seems like a pair for Omnipotent Crown of Dreams for me now
