Vanity items that you see in the vendor are not available as loot drops.
Similarly, the vanity items in the locked crate are not looted or on the vendor.

I've run a couple of games and there seems to be a bug, where you can rejoin halfway through and after death, as long as one person is alive. Also the difficulty increase from wave 12 to wave 13 seems way too hard. The token droprate seems a bit low, but maybe that is because we can't reach higher waves. (because wave 13 is impossible to beat right now)

The Tokens are so insanely hard to farm, its not even gonna be possible to get all vanitys with the tokens we receive.

I agree, it's difficulty is somehow insane, like we're getting 20-30tokens for 10-15waves depends on loot chances :((
