Wrangler Belt Proc

Thanks for putting in a better visual for the proc, but I've noticed that the speed buff is barely noticeable.

It used to make me run as fast as when duggar daggers proc (might just be me), but now you'd barely notice any difference when the belt procs.

Can anyone else confirm the same? Thanks.

Meh, it would remain unnoticeable not unless sts would approve the suggestion for extra details like total % of bd/ed/ms etc. Also 25% stacking ms proc of belt aint that of a big amount thats why its kinda hard to tell the difference. But im pretty sure its there @.@

It’s there but 25% ms is not much so you barely notice it lol
It would be cool if they replace it with immunity to stuns.
