banned with no reason

i got ban ip (ban for my iphone) on pocket legends so i cant enter the game.
i didnt steal items whats happend was: thet my friend (in real life) wished to be my account partner so he gave my charecter all his items.
(also i didnt got any email about the ban but my friend dose).
i still dont get why i have banned...
so if u can relese me from the ban it will be great :)
