ping going up, crashing, a lot of lag, when attacking mobs and especially at the boss time. I come at the request of some friends who reported the same problem. could you check that?

Is it actually crashing (app exits to home screen)? If so, what platform and device type?
If your ping is going up and you're lagging, there are likely just network issues between you and the servers - it's unsurprising that it would show up more during heavy combat, since there is more network traffic then.
