Has anyone else tried this yet. RODE Online (http://rode.netgame.com/main) mean Rise of Dragonian Era Online. It officially made it's release on the 9th. Just started playing myself... took a whole night to download, it's a big game. Basically it's an MMORPG that has PvE and PvP. The PvP is going to be world PvP of Tribes(guilds) where there are castle sieges... by monsters and players alike. Anyways some of a story is there are two factions... Azurian and Firean aka Water Dragon and Fire Dragon. There's also an evil dragon which is Black. The lore of the game is covered in cut scenes and beginning movies.
Anyways the Firean's and Azurian's have 3 races of people per. I chose Firean which has Asrai (Elves/Human Hybrids), Shedi(Wolf Men), and Halfkin (Hobbits). Azurian's have Orial (Humans), Sinkong (Monkey Men), Kaebi (Dark Gnomish Types). All races but Shedi and Sinkong have male/female choices. There is a lot of customization of appearances, the picture I have below is one of 4 pages dedicated to making your character... You actually get to adjust body shape etc.
Beyond races there are 4 paths of skill... Warrior, Rogue, Cleric, and Mage. Then each of those branch out into two skill paths...
Warrior to Berserker (two-handed monster) or Templar (sword n board tank with wind type spells)
Rogue to Wind Slayer (Bow n arrow) or Spirit Ranger (Can evolve to a treant and heal)
Cleric to Elementalist (Shaman DPS type) or Priest (More healing)
Mage to Pyromancer (What it is) or Necromancer (Controlling summons and DoT type spells)
That's all I have on the game now, I'll post more screen shots maybe if people want them. Here's one of just how much customization you have... Though in the next screen there are twice as many options. Oh I should also say the main thing of the game is dragons, that you hatch and ride... also there's aerial combat later one. Below is the Shedi, don't worry if it's not pretty enough for you, the other human/elf races are the pretty ones (like blood elves in WoW).
