Pocket Legends Client 1.7.6 Has Been Released!

We have released a new Pocket Legends game client, version 1.7.6 that includes the following changes:




Meandering Minotaur Pet Pack now available in the Store! There is the chance for a rare "Overtime" Minotaur on pack purchase.

And the "rare" you have a chance of getting at the time of purchase, Overtime!

Users now have the option to watch video ads to earn free Platinum.
Take Revenge! If you die, you have the option to purchase a 15-second invulnerability buff
Fixed pause when a character enters a PvP match
You can now remove purchased elixirs from the Elixir management page
The game now waits for a period of time (in days) before displaying ads


For Android users, you can get the app from Google Play, or you can always get the .APK file for all of our apps at http://auth.pocketlegends.com/download/ or via the link in the Android forum at http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?12738-PocketLegends.apk-now-available-for-those-without-market-access.

It may take a while for the application to be available in the App Store & Android Marketplace. The old 1.7.5 Pocket Legends client will be shut down later today.

Has no one seen the best news on here? Seriously huge fix to pvp! I haven't got a chance to test it yet because I'm at work but am most excited for the fix to join lag in pvp.... This has been a serious issue for a while now and I hope that we can finally put it behind us forever.

Oh yeh.. I guess the pets are cool too...lol

Actually, it's per account per device.

If you have 2 accounts you want to get free plat on you'll need 2 devices. Once a device has received free plat via the video ad for the day, it can't receive more, even if to a different account.

Ok, I have new client, and an android, the video ads thing aren't showing in earn free platinum box. I think it's still a good idea though.

The video ads are limited by a number of factors through the company who provides the ads. Things like region (the ads could be specific to the US, if you're abroad there may not be ads available for your region) can affect it.

Also, the video ads stream in the background, so if you fire up the app and go immediately to try and watch a video ad, it may not be ready to display.

It seems the video ads didn't go through for Droid. I downloaded the new update and when I go to earn free plat, I only see Download Apps and Spacetime Nexus. Judging from the rest of the comments, it looks like it didn't go through...

I'm thinking this pack is essentially the PL equivalent of the Crazy Cat Lady pack in SL. If so then it will probly be permanent for those who are concerned about it.

Also if that is true i will be waiting until the pack is on DotD for 75 plat to buy it, i like savings.

for those of you who doesnt have the video ads. try loggin off, stop the app process running and restart the app. it worked for me.
I didnt see it first but i got it after i did this.

BTW i got the new pets and i really like em. I was surprised that they can run around upside down.. lol
