How so? It's literally whether you get kills added to your character stats or not.

No please. Ridiculous to reset LB every time a mistake like this happens.

they were low lvl, now they are going to be lvl76, right? as devs said - some weapons' procs scaled to lvl of content

No, their level is not changing, just you get pve kills for them. There is no difficulty change whatsoever with this update.
