I'm about 2-3 quests from completion right now -- battery just died on King of Bling run, still got about 50 or 60 more tome pages to get. Will let ya know, but I'm doubtful...

I'm not sure about this....but I heard rumors that if you complete the quest that requires you to get 1024 tome thingies, you get a lvl 19 pink of your choosing. I hope it's true :(.

You have to open 1024 chests in balefort castle to loot 'Tomes', the first is 64 tomes of strength (I think) the second is 256 tomes of courage (which I'm still doing) the last is 1024 tomes of...?

By far the most boring quest, not all chests opened will give a tome.

I could be wrong, but this sounds like a Quest that was mentioned to perhaps have a nice payout. Has anyone completed this yet?

They tell u what the reward is before u even start the quest, in this case it's more crappy greens. Unless there is a surprise at the end which seems unlikely

Most of us were hoping for pink and purple quests justg. For example any of the lvl 19 pink armors that don't ever seem to drop if they exist. Robes, leathers, wands, talons, shields etc

This quest should be repeatable if that is the case, it shouldn't be necessary to slog it out as a contributor to main quest count either.

Either a reward of a choice of some kind of pink or some kind of special currency to use with a balefort purple & pink item merchant?

Sigh ... I'm 100 tomes into the 1024 collection ... And I would say a pink or purp is definitely called for as nothing higher than a green has dropped through all my questin this far.

I think tome = gold would be cool. Being repeatable would be nice. Also I think this should be open to any chest in the game, so when I'm farming at lvl 45 or helping noobs in low lvls I can be working on this quest.
