Gear liquidation

I recently opened 999 elite banded gold chest in hopes to loot black beard hooks. Opening those chest immediately filled my inventory. Having no luck, I quick deleted all common, rare, epic, legendary items I might have received. In the process I was fully unaware of deleting some really over powered gears, I owned.
Switching back and fourth between my characters I pretty much deleted them for good. Emailed STS about this situation if there was any chance of getting them back. They replied and told me they restored the lost gear to my stash.

After a few back and fourth emails. They then went on to tell me they can not replace any enhancements that were previously on the gear.

Do I call it’s a RIP, or I can go to someone who can help?

Note: The items are barely worth 100k each clean. But with the awakes and jewels I had, they make them really rare.

Support already did what they will for you. Favorite things if you want to protect them from being sold when you're batch selling stuff.
