U have chance to find an altar rancomly there.. It looks pinkish.. Just click that and select place forest bla Bla....... Option

Ermm I dont say it will spawn like mini boss. Every layout of the Mausoleum map have their specific environment. So yeah, you need to repeat running mausoleum level 4 and higher to find that specific layout of Mausoleum. As stated above, the location of Exalted altar is at the middle of circle room and you will see a very shiny altar.

Also a friendly reminder.. Don't place the other relic(mountain) and complete it.. If u do u can't be dark apostle
