Video Plats issue(maybe only for me)

So i just updated the game...and i open [Earn Free Plats]
Now there is the new [watch videos] option...i click on it amd it comes up lile this:-

I have not watched amy video or done any offer...Still it shows this messege...I waited for more 2-3hrs..still same messege...maybe something is wrong

You sure you havent watched a video? It does this on Pocket Legends if you watch a video, then wait until the next day, then it will work the next day, and so on. The icon disappears when you have used it, then comes back the next day. So, if it is there, you haven't used it yet or it is buffering the video.

Keep trying and trying, should work eventually. Android users didn't for some reason get this feature, not sure why.

So, yea, check back on it tomorrow and it should work.

Same issue. I think video is not available in all countries. I can check tomorrow.


The video ads are limited by a number of factors through the company who provides the ads. Things like region (the ads could be specific to the US, if you're abroad there may not be ads available for your region) can affect it.

Also, the video ads stream in the background, so if you fire up the app and go immediately to try and watch a video ad, it may not be ready to display.

It works on my iPod, yes I am in the UK, it seems as though i do get this feature :)

Well while i was playing on my droid it said the same thing but when i went to download other apps i seen a video thing watched it and it worked so maybe this will help idk try it maybe the video is in download other apps for most ppl right now.

I cant watch it either, aswell as buy plat in pl it says i already bought it but hasnt been put in account yet and the money is still on my itunes lol its frustrating
