As we seeing some players doing fake offer trick to get unlisted others items from Auction,
STS should implement "current offer and auto buy system" in game trading system,
Where if buyer see an X item listed for 10 m and he want to buy it for a bit lower money exp- 9 m he can bid hiz value under current offer tab,
And that current offer validity can be like 5 hours or 7 hours,
And if seller agrees he can confirm on that offer.

Optional And c/o auto actives only if item is listed for +10 m?

Theoretically nice idea, but price manipulators will make abuse of this. As well as fake offers through different accounts.

Sorry but -1 :/

And this is just an idea and to kill loopholes sts got munch of think tankers.

You mean adding tax on every offer? Or adding tax once it is purchased?

Tax if c/o expired

Sent from my Redmi Note 7 Pro using TapatalkWhy would someone offer in the market and not pm the person instead to save the tax?

Ain't we still doing the same?
But some players doing fake pm offers intentionally just to get the item unlisted coz there same item is listed for a bit higher price from other char.

And sometime our listed item get expired and then we relist by paying tax again if there is c/o option in auction system we can consider it before the expiry of item.

I can understand that some would prefer this option. I dont understand how you want to do this with the tax, so that it does not have any disadvantages to selling for a lower price outside the auction if someones pm.
Personally, I doubt I would use it. Either I know an items price and list it in the auction with a reasonable chance that it will sell (only removing earlier for friends and in this case gold doesnt matter). Or the item is so expencive that I dont put it up in auction at all and rather collect offers in forums etc so I dont have to pay a tax.
+1 if it is a fair system I think others might use it
-1 because it takes time to implement and I dont think I would use it

+1 tho there's no need for the tax upon making an offer but could be necessary upon redrawing an offer, thought of something similar as well.

The buyers who made the offer just need to put their gold on hold as long as the offer last(few hours to few days), ie. The buyer cannot remove their gold once an offer is made until it got admitted into offer bids or declined by seller. Alternatively, they can only be allowed to remove the offer by paying extra 10% tax.

Once an offer is accepted by seller, the gold that's held by the system will be released to the seller and the deal is made.

Way too much work for something that isn't that great of an option.
