Shoggoth AA description

What is the difference between the 3 shoggoth(leg, hero, arc) arcane abilities?

Cosmic rift / Cosmic Hero / Stargods' Wrath - 3 different name but same description

The fact that there is 3 different name must mean there is something different in each AA?

And if so can we know what is that difference?

If its same thing then i guess we can call this a bug in the title/description,

Legendary has a longer cooldown and does less damage relative to stats. Heroic and Arcanite have same cooldown and do the same relative to their stats (which means unslotted, arcanite does more, but either slotted into another pet is just as effective).
