Guild Hall Tour

while me and tourguide were giving a tour we were doing guild hall part of blackstar. we just noticed we couldnt take the tour since we werent in any guilds. I think u should fix this so anyone can take tour to want to make them either make own guild and buy a guildhall or join a guild and buy a guild hall for that guild.
