LV 30 Enchantress Gears?

Need help with the best possible gears and wand/staff for a level 30 pure Mage for both PvP and PvE.. Suggest me the best ones.

well...brain-freeze is best one))) no helm tho...but wear any pink helm for mage and yar geewd:)
