As pointed out by Cascade (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?5250-1.3-Content-Update-%2849425%29&p=51334&viewfull=1#post51334), after you complete the quest, it says to "Return to Rob for your reward." Rob is in FH Lvl 10. However, bmc85uk pointed out (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?5250-1.3-Content-Update-%2849425%29&p=51339&viewfull=1#post51339) that you have to go farther into the map and turn the quest into Fab.
