Skills unavailable

I recently re-spec’d m my HC character, but none of my skills are available to me. I have tried changing them around, going to different maps etc, but I can’t get them working. As you can see, I have mapped them, but once I’m out of mapping, I can only see empty circles. It’s been about a week now.

Can’t re-spec again, I only had the one scroll.

Hehe, yep. You can see the corner of my mana potions in the second pic, I have plenty :)

I'm not talking about how many potions you have :D check your max mana, and how much mana you need to use skill (in skills' descriptions)

Thank you, will check when I get home. That seems likely, I didn’t put anything into mana. I’ve only ever had one other account, and I’ve never noticed there is a minimum mana required. Tx for your help :)
