Newbie crafting question

I was trying to post this under my original post, 'newbie questions' but for some reason I can't seem to post on that thread. let me try some screenshots to explain my question. I apologize in advance if the screenshots are sideways.

Here is what my crating terminal looks like. If I scroll to the top of the terminal, the first item is a level 21. If I use the arrow at the bottom to scroll to the bottom of the terminal, there is some level 40 items at the bottom. This screenshot is about the middle:

As you can see in the middle, there is the TK2 XARC cannon , if I click on it, I can see it is a level 21:

If I go back to the first screen an select the next one below that, The Whistler, I can see it is a level 35 item:

From what I can tell the crafting list is sorted by level. I see level 21 items at the top and level 40 items at the bottom. Shouldn't there be some 22-34 level items between the TK2 and The Whistler images that would be more specific to my level to craft?

I just want to make sure that my profile isn't messed up somehow in the game and maybe I'm not seeing what everyone else is seeing at level 26. If its the same for everyone, then I guess there are only level 21, 35 and 40 items for crafting .

some crafting item are lv 21, 23, 25, 27 or 20, 25, 30

But implant are only lv 25 in implant creator

also so far it only have 21, and lv 30 or 35 and up, i think

so there is no lv 22-29

The low lvl crafts were made when the cap was lvl21.
There arent really any good guns to craft at your level or between the major levels.

Yup ha ha, like he said the armor customs startnat lvl30, 35, 40.
I wouldnt waste money and time customizing tbh,
Just save your money and lvl up before new content comes :-)

Word of advice too.. keep checking auction house instead of crafting items you can usualy buy them on auction a lot cheaper than it would cost to craft the items. Except for items where i received a crafting recipe from drops and bought all my custom items from the auctions to save money :)
