Item lost : heroic harry

I open Plat egg to get some Plat coz I want to Change my name, and I got heroic Harry. But suddenly after a few minutes or an hour. After I change my name I can't find the two heroic Harry. I would like to send email to AL support or developer. But idk how. I hope they will notice my post. I'm so happy that I got egg but suddenly it's gone. 223257223258

Nah you're missing the point. He looted it twice. One of them seems to have been opened, but the other one is also missing as he claims. He should have 1 egg, and 1 opened but he doesnt.
