Create Character Spot Gltich?

Okay, so I have 15 characters so my bottom set of 4 per page shows 3 character names. I got go delete one because I had no more character slots. I successfully do so but then my bottom two slots of that page were both create a character! I basically got a free character! So now I can have 16 characters compared to my original 15. Just a little something you guys should look into!
