Since the Non-Honor rank pvp has been faced out will the reward badge from the past season be permanent? Or will it be faced out also in the next season?

Badges are only for you to use for 3 months unless stated otherwise in badge description (like the permament ones from seasonal PVE leaderboards). If you want to obtain PvP badge/banner again you have to do Honor ranked games.

Can any devs answer this what will happen to the non honor rank badges? Will it be faced out soon? @Cinco

It will be available to the season winners until next season and then be retired (Jan 1).
