First off, I basically know nothing about tech stuff. -_- lol.

I was wondering which ROM's you guys have tried, and would recommend for the evo 4g.

I want it to be fast, have a long battery life, and have wifi hot spot built in. I don't care that much about customization.

again, I pretty much have no clue what I'm talking about, but I hope some of you do. :)

Check out rootzwiki and xda. Tons of root info there. Just check your device section and browse around the roms

Leaked CM 9 is out, has most of the features, and gives a much better battery life/performance increase. I'd go with it, or wait until the final version of it is out. Based on Android 4.0, rather than 2.3
