Lag since the voleria update

I don't know if this belongs to here or technical suport, but for now i'm just asking.
It's not me who experienced it, but a friend, who said she knew at least one other person who had the same problem.

So, here's it : since the update to voleria, they both are always experiencing lag, with an average of 1k, and up to more than 20k when they use skills.
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced that as well.

And if possible, what kind of explanation could there be, if there is any.
I don't think it's a matter of device, since my friend owns two devices and it doesn't work better on any of the two. Maybe wifi, but can't e sure.

I did a little experiment and stepped into Voleria for a bit. My ping was the usual but I experienced no lag other than what I'm used to.

If its not your devices (or your friends devices), its your connection.

There are multiple reasons you cab experience lag.

•Bad connection
•Too many tasks running in the background
•Device
•Not enough memory

If you haven't checked any of these, please do. I'll be willing to help you address your lag problem, but I need to know the info about the top that were stated.

For the meantime, disable High Quality (HQ) and enable pixel double, it helps quite a bit.
