currently i am using my samsung device and macbook laptop to play arcane legends. i went to our province (88.3km according to google) away from our house. i arrived there at night time i played arcane legends using my mobile data since we dont have wifi in our province. as i woke up in the morning my account got banned. the question is does it affect my ip address when i play on different places?

Should get unbanned, I think the system faulted out and banned you due to the location change. It is odd though as it should have your device info and know it is you who plays on that acc.
Send a message to @Futumsh with your character ign and ask why you were banned. He should respond.
