Trade Bug / Lost items didnt get gold

13/10/2020 at around 14:00h (time and date so its easier to find in tradelogs).
I was trading Boss Double Loot Elixirs x3 for 1.950.000 Gold, i got to the awaiting confirmation screen and messaged the other guy to confirm to which he replied he already did but on my screen it showed still awaiting confirmation. So i pressed cancel and those 3x Boss double loot elixir kits were lost but gold wasnt there.

Logs show that you received the gold for that trade.

Try calculating my transactions and gold balance and see if it adds up it should br down by 1.95m

Doublechecked, balance adds up correctly. Sorry, you're just misremembering something. Closing.
