What happened to my awake kits??

I bought 3x 10 elite awake kits for 150 plat, the plat got taken from my account but i didnt get the kits???
is this why there's none in auc? how do i get my plat back??

Not a bug, sts changed the format a few months ago, u still can buy stacks of 5/10 gems at store with plats but u receive the gems as single kits, no kits of 5/10
