Joystick bug

Sometimes my joystick just freezes moving in one direction or i keep moving back and forth in a spot or my character just freezes and dosent respond to the joystick

Might be a device issue, on my old ipad i have an sometimes unresponsive touch screen while charging.

This legit used to happen to me sometimes. It seems like this happens, because your device is really heated up or maybe you need to clean the screen.

I go to options and joystick tracking. Switch it off and on.
