+ A special 'Day of the Dead' event begins on Halloween (October 31st at 1:30pm Central time) and runs until November 3rd (with a 2 day cooldown)!
+ Help the Calaveras family celebrate the lost Legends of Arlor. Start by speaking to King Calaveras in the Necropolis Mausoleum.
+ Complete quests to earn account-bound Day of the Dead 'Shrine' and 'Banner' items!
+ Finish the entire quest series to collect recipes that will allow you to make trade-friendly versions of your Shrine and Banner items.
+ Purchase account-bound Day of the Dead vanity armor and helmet sets from King Calaveras (for Necropolis Tokens).
+ Limited quantities of trade-friendly Day of the Dead vanity item sets will be available in the Store on November 1st and 2nd (200 Platinum per set).
+ Rockworm Arcane Abilities have been adjusted to do much less damage in PVP (other effects un-touched, ability damage remains in PVE).
+ Store featured item purchases now have a short cooldown.
+ Addressed a few minor issues with various vanities and itemsets.

They now allow 50 players to get 1 vanity each. If you aren’t able to get now, keep trying..

Swap 10s before the store ends to the game, then back to the store screen (you’ll be there w 5s left) and start spamming your finger at 2s before the vanity. Then it should work all fine. At pc it may bug sometimes, at phone should work properly.

Those that got it for 200 got a deal.
Those that don't want to spend 300 don't have to.
With all due respect, it's actually the reverse case that would be an issue: it players spent a day buying at 300 then it suddenly drops to 200. In that case, we would need to compensate buyers who felt cheated at the sudden drop in base cost (or availability as was the case with the Dragkin stuff).

Future sales have not happened yet. If they happen, it's because players accept the intended price of the sets. If they don't happen, that's completely and totally fair :-)

Happy for the new mini event good job on that! However, Wolfsman price change is a rip off for players who bought just enough plat to purchase it... If mistake was done you should have just let it be that way considering half of the players got it for 2/3 of the price since the set is in the store for 2 days only anyways. Yeah, they were meant to be 300 plat, those, including me, who got it for 200 plat made a nice deal, we/they cannot blame you for this cinco, since you mentioned it before :)

Complaining on forums wont help you. Sometimes you are lucky / fast enough, sometimes not.

Try to use phone, mobile network (4g /5g) instead of wifi, and tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap right before the counter hits 0:00. That worked me so far 4 times already.

About wifi; my experience is using mobile data network causes lower ping on my devices than wifi.
