bug: pvp ctf death by teammate

pvp death (me lvl40 opperative) by teammate (lvl41 engineer), sorry kinda hard to reproduce. Might it be the transference, still?

Lol I have seen this happen a number of times.

Completely random friendly fires.
One thing I regret doing is not looking to see if that gives a kill or subtracts.
Same with the death, between the teamates.
