so i keep trying to do the vular ticker quest and i try both locations that its apparently at but its never there. i spend over an hour just doing the quest but its never there is this a bug or is a just a difficult quest?

It isnt a bug, just do most of level 4 Cycorp over and over until he shows.
He is a randomm spawn, and for somereason I see him everytime I am in Cycorp xD

The quest that everyone knows and grudges lol. The Ticker is a brown vular tank variation that has the name Vular Ticker above it's health bar.
