Proc test feature for new items

This is a minor thing, but by next expansion, could there be some feature where we could briefly test procs of new arc items in a special map (that is purely a test and drops nothing) for a small gold fee? Of course, the description tells something about what it should do, but there is no real way to see whether or not you like it without trying.
