Numa Prime: Can't Find Chief XenoBiologist

First of all, I'd like to say "Hello!", I am New :)


The problem I'm having is a glitch/bug in Numa prime...Or Maybe I am just doing it wrong..,
I have completed all Missions in Numa Prime and Occasionally go there to level up for Slouch-O. The "HINT" tab says to talk to the chief Xenobiologist in Numa prime uncharted ruins...
I go there, and the arrow leads me to an empty monitor screen, and no one there at all?! If I go back to the Numa prime base, the xenobiologist is there but I can't take any quests from her...

If of any relevance, my character's a level 23 Engineer, "Kayaar"

Have you finished the level? If you talk to the assistant xenobiologist, she tells you that she isn't very punctual when it comes to time or something like that. Bascially she doesn't appear until you have 1 enemy left.
