New Player Social Level

How about every player having a social level, like green/yellow/orange/red to know how helpful a player is or how near someone is to a ban.For example if someone get mute ban 3 times then he goes a social level down and with time he can come up again.

It dont have to be like this but something like that..

I mean, at certain positive points the color changes to x color maybe red and certain negative points the color is dyed to x color maybe black
