Platinum for Easter Event?

Are we going to need plat for the easter event?

I must know haha it's going to be my first and I want to enjoy it :D

For the "better vanities" and other items you may need platinum to get the more acctractive items. However, the regular vanities will probably be free. There may also be certain levels that require Platinum so be sure to save up for those too.

Last year. There was a quest costing a few plat. There was lots of free little ears you could get by waving or bigger ones for plat. There was also the tradable ears that you could farm

I thought the Easter quest was free last year...? Maybe my memories fading. We could buy different color rabbit ears last year for platinum but the white ones were free from the scavenger hunt quest.

I'm GUESSING it's going to cost about 150-200 platinum to be on the safe side. Halloween cost me 175 plat for everything, and Christmas cost me 200 plat.

Easter event starts April 3rd 2012! Yea, you will need a little bit of platinum, I'm pretty sure the questing was given from "The Spring Chicken", and it was something to find 6 Easter themed items, and return to him, and he gives you a vanity. You may be asking, where do I use my platinum?

There were items in the store that required you to buy something, but that was optional. It was only a Easter bunny ears that you buy, and when people wave at you, you get a smaller one. A bit like the new update for PL, 2nd Birthday!

Wow ur lucky i spent 250 plat on halloween, not including daily deals, and still didnt get pirate hat, meathead mask, or pitchfork

Events are extra content. Buying plat helps the flow of continuous updates (why were getting DL). $10.00 should be enough to help you get all you need unless they have multiple packs like halloween. I got my small stash....so im ready, hope you will be too.

at the previous event they sold each color of big ears u can think of,blue,black,red,pink,yellow,green,etc. for 15 plat. then the flaming,bone,and ice were drops from bosses. each boss had a chance of dropping one. There was a canary wearing starry leather armor and white bunny ears who offered a quest in forest haven. if u gather up every single little ear (there was no way to keep track of which u had) then u go turn in ur little ears and u get a big white bunny ears which has a little yellow chicken following u around

during the easter event people had the option to buy different coloured rabbit ears http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb387/YanisW/PL%20Vanity/IMG_1817.png then you would receive the smaller version bunny ears (from waving at the person wearing rabbit ears) once you had all of the bunny ears you found the spring chicken and told him he gave you the white rabbit ears and they made your charecter lay small duck chicken thingos.

If so, then I'll probably just end up buying One and save for next cap :D

I think ears were all they had on Easter, but the event ran for a week I seem to remember, however, they may bring new things to Easter this year.

Im thinking they will keep the spring chicken quest, as it showed in the teaser, but they may bring a few extra items!

Well... On Christmas the gingerbread man cost me 180 plat... Lmao :(
I never got the orange pirate shield on halloween, so I guess I didn't get every thing.
