maus is a good place for warrs, if u can solo fast

Events also increase pve kills a lot since it is scaled to your level and constantly running them will get u kills but for now just run Hauntlet, fastest to get kills.

Best was dragkin temple(got 100k in 1 week)
Evg is good if u are a war.. It'll rack up a lot of kills alongside gold farm.
Maus while u farm aps.
Hauntlet is good but it dosnt have other benefits..jewel farm yes but its boring.

No you don’t get kills then, or loot.
