All that has been confirmed is that it has been pushed back. Surely, the PL and SL level cap updates will be back after that?
On the thoughts of level capping, what is the new dungeon for Star Legends? It is Humania for Pocket Legends.

The next map for SL will be a continuation of the Scorn series. It has to wait until after DL release because the devs are too busy on DL.
