Can't buy premium toon :-(

I have a lvl 5 Mage (angelzstash) and I have previously bought all 500 inv slots. I keep trying to upgrade the toon to a premium toon and it won't allow me.

I have the option to buy the premium toon but then the sale is canceled because "would exceed inv slots".

Can you please fix this or do some behind the scenes magic to make this a premium toon with all the goodies included? :-)

Angel, it seems that to be able to buy a premium toon, it would appear that you don't have enough slots to hold the gear it comes with.

Email support so they can remove some of your inventory slots then try it again.

What?! Actually, the user has too many slots and cannot get the additional 50 that the upgrade provides.

If you really want to get this fixed you would have to email support and ask them to removed 50 inventory slots (which you may or may not get reimbursed for) or to make the apply the upgrade from their end. Lesson learned, don't max your inv slots if you plan to upgrade to a prem toon.
