Here I have the banner, wings, and both weapons and it’s saying 3 out of 3 I think one of the weapons aren’t counted?

Only one vanity weapon can really be active at a time, since only the one matching your non-vanity weapon is used. Only one vanity weapon counts toward itemsets at a time.
