I would just level up to 76 and then purchase a skratch staff or an ebon scepter, if I were you. In terms of armor, that depends on what maps you mostly play but mire set is good in general, but especially good in Deep Marsh. For artifact, a mireguard or a mirren is fine. Can't say much about ring, pendant, and belt though.
