I'm back on SL

Since I always do the collective work, I'm posting about an important subject now
Many people have been asking for the loot tables and how loot works. That's really important because farming for weeks straight without good loot doesn't make you play a game more.
Devs, can you explain?
Thanks!

Been thinking of the exact same thing, would be nice to have drop locations and items are good, even without percentages.
Those materials and resources drop in the appropriate levels... so it is as simple as that.
There actually used to be a sheet where people had crowdsourced this, donno where it is now. We can maybe do that again.

Also, welcome back :)

Never heard of the crowdsourced version of loot tables, but I'd definitely wanna see it!
Was it on forums?
Thanks

It seems that the spreadsheet has been deleted. It was outdated anyway.
Thanks for finding the thread!
I've started working on a project about loot tables with a buddy but we stopped after examining 3 campaigns.
It was too boring, we had to do sterile runs with the same characters, solo.
Anyway, if you're interested, I can share the file with you, so you can add to the project.
Thanks again
Hope we hear from the devs soon!

I tried doing a few runs in cycorps
It is sooooooooooooo booooooooooooooring
need a bot or something to do that, but its not encouraged
you are right, it is better if we just get loot tables

its good for transparency and it allows auctioneers to make informed decisions about prices
it is also really encouraging for farmers, because they can get realistic idea of how much to run and what to expect
