That's his buyin price and items sells a little more than hose prices. As a merchant you want to earn profit right?Well prices keep changing. The same problem is with me in PL,so i go by the auction prices. But in SL i am kinda experienced. You need to know what people actually buy and what the dont.

Yup exactly, my price guide is easy to use. Pretty much, if you see an item in the auction at or below its buying price from my thread then don't hesitate, buy it! Just be patient and hold onto that item until the price rises again then list it for sale at a reasonable price.

Also, you need to think carefully about what price you list your items for sale, because if you are too greedy and list them at high prices then they never sell and you end up just wasting creds listing it for sale. It makes me laugh sometimes when I see items at ridiculously high prices...

Merchandising is very similar to stocks , in where it works on the supply and demand scale. I would do some research and invest on items which are popular.remember the "buy low sell high" principle, but sometimes you may have to take losses. Keep in mind since SL is fairly new , with very little valuable items. This means that the only way to make a significant profit is through vanities( which require quite a bit of capital)
