Which lvl to pvp?

I'd make a "career" twink. Basically climb up the level brackets as you go. Pvp at a certain level ie. 16 for birds, then move up in level to 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, 26, 30, 32, etc. I did this with my bear, he's still my fave.
