Ranked honor Pvp

I'm playing for now a few months and I've noted something more and more annoying. Game Throwers in fact today I did 6 matches 4 got throwed by people leaving the match.
Here is my suggestion, when you leave a match you cannot comeback. If you leave often you get a penalty either a point penalty like -30 points or you cannot play ranked honor anymore for a day and if you keep doing so you can't play for a week....
People who keeps leaving honor ranked kills the fun in my opinion. It is not only in the low ranked matchs, i was surprised how many people were doing so in the top of the leaderboard.

There is already a penaltyThe penalty is just loosing the match if the player leaves twice, if he leaves once it is just a disadvantage for his team, which looks not to be enough since there is many people doing the same stuff

The solution shouod be if you leave it eill count a death in pvp kd

And because everyone is kd lover no one will do this again
